You loved her when she was AGENT CARTER, but Hayley Atwell's got an even tougher job in the crime-solving procedural series CONVICTION. The former superspy now plays the daughter of an ex-president, who gets arrested for cocaine possession, and punished by being put in charge of the Conviction Integrity Unit, which looks into old cases and tries to determine, once and for all, if justice had really been served.
CONVICTION only lasted thirteen episodes last season, but was it really... canceled too soon? Film critics William Bibbiani and Witney Seibold pick this fan favorite series apart, episode by episode, much in the same way Hayley Atwell does with old murder cases. What worked? What sucked? And was Hayley Atwell the show's saving grace, or was she woefully miscast?
