The success of HBO's GAME OF THRONES has led to a lot of expensive, epic, violent and sex-filled television shows, but none were less successful than OF KINGS AND PROPHETs, the ABC series that told the story of King Saul (Ray Winstone) and David (Olly Rix), was expected to be a huge audience draw, and which only lasted two episodes.
